we could build a finetuned ai model specially for emergency situation which picks the call instantly and what ever the victim speaks all should be recorded in db with the victim number and location instantly when ever a victim calls. and if the things are going out of finetuned model then or if they call 2 times or they continue call then a agent working in near by headquarter will take case seriously and command government about this, if its in the form of mobile app then its even more good but people who mods and send the application file they can mod it and embedd RAT, so that kind of mechanism shuld be applied so if the application is modifed even 1% then application wont work at anycst but that emergency number 707 will work or you can i wish it 707 or 977 or 777 any one should be picked for universal unified emergency service, for example : once the 707 number is dialed then nearby headquarter of emergency service will operate and ai will takes all the notes if at the moment the headquarter memebers are not available(but they should work on shift) ai will capture location estimate know what that victim is tying to say once all is known if victim was recognized for firebrigade then that will arrive in the loation directly without help / permission of headquarter if its clearly recognized and if situation is critiacal as told by victim ai will parallely alert ambulance nearby and location etc will be feed on ambulance screen and firebrigade screen. i have a lot to tell but my english isn't good enough so i am not writing anything more, if govt is seeing this bychance thanks for it & if you could contact me it will be very nice via whatsapp or any method as u have my info i am verified user. thanks
