Operator: Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers (OPMCM), Government of Nepal.
Launched: 2026.
What it is: The official developer community of the Government of Nepal — a verified-identity platform where citizens propose ideas, ministries post scoped projects, and engineers claim slots to ship them in the open.
Verification: Government ID + resume parsed and reviewed manually. OCR-assisted but reviewer-final.
Hosting: Self-hosted in Nepal. Frontend Next.js, backend FastAPI on SQLite, git on Gitea at git.pmdevcore.gov.np.
Bilingual: Every interface in English and नेपाली.
Open: Most code, ideas, and project specs are public from day one.

Quote anything posted publicly. Attribute to the author's handle for community posts.
Government project posts are NOT attributed to the individual officer who posted them. Cite the sponsoring ministry, not a person.
Default embargo release time: 0900 NPT.
